Haven't been to Disney in 7 years..need some help

Haven't been to Disney in ages and I know a lot has changed. Last trip, 7 yrs ago, we rented DVC points and had a good experience and would like to do it again perhaps during Free Disney Dining -2016

If anyone can help, here are a few questions:

Is the DVC points calculator still available? (I don't even know which hotels are included these days?)
What, if any, are the free dining dates this year?
Is the Magical Express still available to those who rent points?
Is that a broker I see on the forum?

There are calculators available for DVC point rentals.

I don't know the free dining dates if they exist, but I can tell you that you will not get free dining with DVC points rentals.

Yes, point renters get Magical express.

Yes, David's is a rental service for DVC points rentals.
