I know I have. Things I say to my kids I can't believe actually come out of my mouth.:teeth: I actualy hear my mom when they are coming out.

You just wait until your father gets home missy!!

You just wait until you are a mom!!

Stop fighting NOW or you are going to your room!!

I'd never thought I would be so much like her.

I am sure Freud would have a thing or 2 to say about me turning into my mother :p

A little! I am much more outspoken then my mom, but I hear certain things that she said to me come out of my mouth! I think as time goes on, I will hear a lot more.

I hear a lot of my aunts coming out too.

I yell "what Happened?" Just like my Aunt Rosie and "I am going to beat your butt" in a joking manner just like her.

My mom it is more; "Excuse me? Do you want to try that sentance again?"

But yup..I hear my family come out all the time! LOL!

I'm definitely turning into my mother.....not that it's a bad thing!!!

We are all just being re-cycled in the grand scheme of life:earseek:

totally...and it's scaring the crap out of me.

My mom can walk into my new house, go into the kitchen, and know where everything is...it's set up EXACTLY like hers.

it's quite eerie really.

and this is the second house I've lived in since I moved out her house.

I'm quickly turning into both my parents, specifically when it comes to song remakes. I remember rolling my eyes at them over this very issue 979 times when I was a kid, yet every time I hear that godawful Dixie Chicks "Landslide" cover, I gripe and change the channel.

Without a doubt!! I used to make fun of her for her motion sickness (can't read in cars, things like that).... well, low and behold, I turned about 35 and guess what?! The Teacups at WDW is THE WORST ride for me! Everyday I hear myself thinking/saying/doing things and I think.... I'm turning into her!! But I am fortunate that my mother is a sweet, kind, loving person, so turning into her is not such a terrible thing!........P

I only wish! God Bless her soul!! She is my best friend and one of the most of the most wonderful and giving people I know. Has been an inspiration and shining example since I can remember.

 Love ya Moma XO'z
Godspeed ^i^

I was raised by my father so I am turning into him. That is a very scary idea:scared1: especially since I'm a woman.

I find myself making the same gestures as my mom. My mom is a pretty negative person, and I try very hard to be positive, so I deliberatly "edit" those automatic verbal responses. But I definitely find myself moving my hands in the same way she does, and it creeps me out! I just get the "I'm turning into my Mom" feeling!

Sure am!! Lost my mom last fall and it's amazing how many people say that I'm just the same. It's not a bad thing tho. I try to remember the things that she did that used to drive me batty or upset me and then try to not do them myself. That's sorta working. If I could get some of her work ethic or her spirituality I would be quite happy!!

I certainly hope so! My mom was a great mom and my daughter thinks I'm pretty good at the mother thing. And I've been told I laugh just like my mom. :D

I can say without a doubt that I have NOT turned into my mother. Thank God!

I have turned into my dad though ;)

I have turned into my mom in some very innocent parenting ways: "Some days you get things you like for dinner, some days you don't..."

I have turned into my mom in some more serious ways - being WAY too oversensitive.

But yet, there is enough of my dad in me to balance it all out - the competitiveness, the needing to be involved in everything.

I really enjoy seeing how different aspects of my personality come from my parents!

Every once in a while I'll say or do something just like my parents, and it scares me to death! :earseek: I've often told DH that if I EVER turn into my parents, he has my full permission to shoot me to spare himself from having to live with me. ;) Definitely a case of justifiable homicide.

I don't know if I am turning into her, personality wise, but lately when I look at my hands I realize I have the same exact hands!
