Have you tried "Vegetable Noodles"?

My hubby got me one of those plastic table top ones from amazon and I have only done zucchini with it. Made beef stroganoff and used the zucchini noodles instead of the egg noodles. Didn't miss the egg noodles. Well that is a lie I did lol but the zucchini ones were good substitute lol

We have been using the Vegetti for almost two years and it's great. Instead of spaghetti, we make zucchini spaghetti with this. We were always making the spaghetti squash. My brother-in-law told me about the Vegetti tool and the rest is history. We barely make the spaghetti squash now. After shredding the zucchini - we saute it in the pan - no boiling first. Drain liquid and make so many various dishes with this.
It costs a lot less than the spaghetti squash
No oven to put on
Is ready in minutes rather than 45 mins or so with spaghetti squash in oven.

I love zucchini noodles! My favorite ways to do them are with pesto and shrimp or cold with cold tomato sauce. Tastes like leftover pasta.

I am a big veggie eater...but I do not get this trend. You're not eating noodles...you're eating vegetables with vegetable sauce...not really a filling dinner

For those of us on low carb diets who can't eat regular pasta, it's nice to have something to twirl on the fork. And it's not always veggie sauce. I make mac and cheese zoodles, alfredo zoodles, pesto zoodles, etc. Throw in some chicken or shrimp and you've got a nice filling meal.
