We ate at Shutters our first night at CBR last Nov. To us, it seemed like upscale counter service - meaning a little better food brought very quickly. We had just ordered and the food arrived. We had been planning on relaxing a bit beforehand, but they were really fast (which could be good).
Anyhow, DH had salmon, which he said was good, DS got standard chicken strips, and I had the seared scallop appetizer with a salad. Those were some of the best scallops I've ever had! Seared and carmenlized on the outside, and melt in your mouth inside. Yummy! They had some type of sauce wth them, but I don't remember it that well, other than I prefered the scallops plain.
That's all we had, and would eat there again if we were staying at CBR and didn't want to fight the crowds waiting in each line for the various foods.
