Have You Started Your Christmas Shopping Yet?

I have started thinking about what to get people...but no actual shopping yet. I probably should soon, though, as my family is visiting in 3 weeks and I was going to send home all the Christmas presents with them! (Cheaper than shipping them to the US.)

buy it when I see it otherwise there sold out.............. still have some to do. I find hubby is the hardest to buy for because he never gives me any ideas.

I shop year-round, too, so I am almost done.

All I have to do is finish making ice cream-themed or fruit/snack gift baskets and then I am done.

my parents are done
teachers are done
nieces are done
gift exchanges are done
working on in-laws, 2 uncles and brother in law and DH and then I will be done!
Cards are addressed and the kids gifts are wrapped,so I think I have a good start!

I am not doing any Christmas shopping this year, my kids know what they are getting, and that is money to go shopping the day after.

Between posting to these boards today I have just finished wrapping the last of the childrens pressies!! Have to wrap hem or they will find them!!
I try to be organised usually but am more so this year as we go to WDW at the end of January. Still have a few gifts to buy for parents who are so difficult to buy for.

I just cashed in my rewards points for GC for the stores that I want to order from. I got $600 worth of GC for Sharper Image so I can get all kinds of goodies for family. I love those Points, it's like shopping for free, I combine them with the free shipping offers, and coupons I get.
How would we shop without the internet, we would be missing all the bargains. Have Fun everyone

I’ve bought a few things already.

I went to a Southern Living at Home party where I bought some wine glasses for my MIL. I also spotted a little “grow your own cooking herbs” set on clearance at Crate and Barrel and got that for my grandmother-in-law.

I tend to do most of my shopping in early December before the malls get too crowded. I’m not sure what I’m going to get DH since most of what he wants is pretty expensive. I also buy all my dad’s gifts to my mom (don’t worry, he pays, LOL), so that takes a while. At least it keeps my mom from getting a new chair mounted back massager every year.

I am taking the kids to WDW for Christmas as a surprise....that is the big gift from me. I still need to buy Santa gifts and have NO idea what to get. I have DS5, DS3, DD10 and DS12. I think I am getting DD10 an MP3 player but I have no idea about the others.

I have my godchildren and their sibs done (4 prayer box necklaces)
nieces and nephews, have 6 of 7 done
have two of my 3 sisters done
have one sis and one sil ordered
have dd and ds stocking stuffers all done (at Disney this summer so picked up goodies there)
DH and I aren't exchanging this year

I am a bit more than 1/2 way there! Yayyy!

ETA: I have all gifts for school teachers, ccd teachers and ccd office helpers (8 total).

I have started ours, but am far from done. So far I have some things for Remy (books, bedding, dresser)...that's it LOL. And I know this sounds bad, but I completely forgot about Holly's 2nd birthday at the end of Nov so I have to figure out a gift for that. And my mom's bday is 11/7 and I have NO clue what to get her since she has everything already *sigh*.

Normally I have my shopping done by now.

I am already done with my children and the other children on our shopping list. Now I just have to get for hubby, and for my mom and siblings. Then we are done.

I bought my kids a skateboard ramp, some baseball cards, and some new basketballs, DS 8 I bought him spy stuff, magic kit, gamboy games, DS 13 so far just a video game, but I am going into his skateboard catalog tomorrow to order all the things he circled. As far as my extended family goes, I am just writing down sizes right now, until I see something I like. I already received my Christmas photo cards from Disneys Photo pass, and I bought some wrapping paper and bows. Oh, and I bought DS 5-1/2 months a fisher price puppy that talks and a music CD. I need some more suggestions for him. I still have WAY too much to do~! LOL

Wow. A ramp. Wish I had one of those, Of course I am not very good at skating ramps so it would be intereresting..lol.
