Have you opened any presents yet?

Nope, not yet! We always save ours until Christmas. I'm not even opening my Farmville gifts yet.:rotfl2:

Had our daughter open one-to her from Madeline. It's a darling necklace of french charms-eiffel tower, fleur del lis, etc. She loves it!

That is such a great idea!!!

No presents open here except the cat got her present tonight (a new kitty condo with scratching posts so she will stop scratching my furniture!!).

I actually get more excited about giving people the presents I got for them then opening my own presents.

Not yet. I'm going over to my parent's house in a few hours, and the cat will get her's then, since she's not going to grandma's with us tomorrow, the rest will be opened at my grandparents.

I really already know what all I'm getting from my parents, so have no need to rip into them tonight. Well, maybe the bottle of Rosa Regale I know my Mommy got for me.

DH and I open one gift each from each other. He got a DVD (Jack***: The Lost Tapes) and I got the 2010 BBirnbaum Guide to WDW!

Well, since we were home early yesterday with the ice, DH got impatient and wanted to do our immediate family gifts (he got the girls a Wii). So last night we opened them. The girls opened their new games and the Wii and as soon as they did, the power went out! So ironic! After 1/2 hour or so, it came on and they got a good hour of playing. Then it went out at bedtime for another 1/2 hour. They played this morning, power was out 3 hours this afternoon.

So far tonight it has only flickered. We were almost done with our bowling round. Guess it has been a good gift to be iced/snowed in with, but you really need electricity.

Tomorrow it will probably just be Santa gifts, as I don't think we will get to Grandma's. 10-15 inches of snow expected on top of the ice. Other Grandma was supposed to be Saturday. It's all up in the air now.

Oh, the girls got DH Indiana Jones, the first one. He watched until the power went out, finishing it now.

I opened my annual dated ornament from the family, like always on Christmas Eve.

Our newlyweds joined us today for the tree decorating, then movies, then Chinese around the tree. We let them open four ornaments for their tree. Then they and the other two kids each opened their state quarter collection that I had framed. Wow, ten years of collecting them, and they look great in the frame!

The rest of the gifts have to wait until tomorrow!

We always have the children open one present Christmas Eve, it is alway their Christmas pajamas. We went to a Christmas Eve party and they got to open their gift from their teacher (books), but only because she wanted to see their reactions since she doesn't have her own child. They loved them and getting to open it a little early. All other presents are waiting for the sun to come up as Santa just left a little bit ago.
