Have you had this problem with the app?

I know that I can not book my fast passes yet but I went into the fast pass section on the app and it asked if I have tickets. I have a package so I put in my reservation number and it says my reservation is already linked to another person- my 9 year old daughter? I called the number it asked me to call and the cast member insisted it was because it is too early to book fast passes and when the time comes it will be fine but because there have been so many issues with fast pass plus I am not sure I believe her.

She said the only reason it shows my daughter is because her name is alphabetically before mine but I am the lead on the reservation in the system.
 
That just doesn't sound right. I think I'd call again and speak with another CM. Maybe even to reconfirm the people in your party and their ages. Since FP+ started I've stayed 4 times and have another vacation planned next month. Room only but never have they been in anyone but my name. When you booked was it online or by phone? I just don't understand how they got the mix up.
 
We had a problem with two packages being assigned to my uncle instead of one to my uncle and one to my cousin because they share a name (both Johns, and when the CM booked the packages she didn't designate one as Jr and one as Sr). You really have to call tech support. They went in and had to try four times to change it, it ended up being a mess. I'd suggest you call tech support!!

Same issue. IT CM told me it is a glitch with the app, where it doesn't recognize your tickets. Said I'd have to book FP+ on web in meantime until next app fix, but once made I should be able to change them on app.
