Have you gotten a FQSD pin??

I received the QSDP pin today via snail mail and it said to book by 4/30. Offer is good for dates through 8/14. We've been to Disney 6 times since 1997 and received a pin only one other time. This particular pin came to our address but in my MIL's name (she traveled with us on our last trip and her name was on our reservation). We are tentatively planning a late September trip so this pin (even if it were in our name) will not work for us this time. I'll hold out hope for another one though!!

at least twice in the last two months, but won't be using it. I also got the 20/30/40% off pin that I should've booked, but didn't. We'll be going within the next year, so I'm hoping I still get decent pins. We were at Disney in April 2008 and stayed onsite, no pins or discounts.

I received the Remy offer this afternoon. FQSDP, book by April 30.

I do have a current reservation, checking in Aug. 16.

We have stayed on site twice before.

This is the second time I've been sent this pin.

No active itineraries or trips saved on the web site.

Offer good 'til 8/14 but we go on August 16th.

Waiting for the fall promo to come out, but already have ressies for our trip.

We've gotten several - the latest one today - but all are only until Aug 14 and we are going Aug 29. Actually, my husband got 2 codes today - the other was the 20/30/40 one that i used to book a trip today but am still hoping for a dining offer to come out so I can get that instead.

I too have received this PIN twice within the past few months...but I have dates saved for NOVEMBER...ugh...they keep sending me this same PIN and we are not going until November...???...praying for a decent discount for our timeframe....I hope everyone gets what they are looking for...I know it is frustrating!!! LOL...where is my 20/30/40 for the fall dates???? PLEASE!!!lolololol

I received the FQSDP offer in the mail last week...my first Pin Code. It was addressed to my mom (who lives in Fla.), but with my address.

I am currently booked with a trip in July and Feb.'11. I have no active itineraries or trips booked. I don't know how my mom's name ended up on it. She has never communicated with Disney at all.

Okay, so if I get a F QS pin code, and I check in on 8/14 will it count for my whole trip or only 8/14?
Also, I currently have the free gift card... will I have to give up that for the free dining?
I haven't been to DW in 10 years, I can't wait to get back there. First time my kids will be going!

I have personally gotten SIX of these pins. I have 3 email addresses registered at waltdisneyworld.com under my name and I have recieved 2 of this particular Ratatouille Free Quick-Service Dining PIN to each email address.

I only ever sign in to the disney website with one of these emails, but I get the same PINs emailed to all 3.
I sign on almost everyday.
I play around with my profile.
I price out trip after trip after trip and occasionally save one.
I look at different resorts, the park hours for all different times of year, and just generally play around on the site.
I have NEVER been to Disney booked under my name.
I did book and fully pay for a trip, but then had to cancel, last summer.
And I booked that trip over the phone, not online.

Would you believe three ? In February, in March, and now in April.

Yes, we have stayed onsite previously, but not for a year or two now. I've gotten a few pins historically - but not a crazy amount. One or two for percentage off room deals. But they have been bombing me with the QSFD.

When the offers come in I usually do swing over to the site and run some numbers. I don't 'save' my itineraries, as I have seen some suggest. I did order the planning DVD. We don't have any plans to hit The World this summer, but may be looking at a short trip around Marathon Weekend 2011.

So... occasional visits(maybe I have a cookie on my system) to the booking area. I ordered the DVD. But no reservations made and no possible itineraries in the hopper. Hope this helps !

The way I understand it, you can't have two discounts. I had the 25% off discount, and had to give that up to do the QSD PIN I got, but it saved me more money so that was OK! Just have them price it out for you and see which one saves you more.

I think my problem is that I haven't been there onsite before. I just know next year I will get several pins and won't be able to use them!!!!

I have started several new accounts and nothing seems to work Anyone know if they track IP addresses or something?

We have gotten this code to 3 diff members of our household, incl my DD10. It is not a good deal for us at all b/c we only stay deluxe with 2 little bitties. We got the 20/30/40 PIN, which we are using...at a substantial savings. Unfortunately, we really wanted a 1 bdrm villa, but there were none avail at either DVC resorts we preferred. I wish I could give you my discount!

To answer your questions...
we have had many visits...all onsite
we did have a vaca booked when we received 1 of the 3 they sent us
we do get pins all the time...and I am very thankful!
