:wave: Hi everyone! Hope everyone has had a nice weekend and has started their week off with some exercise! I did 50 minutes of cardio this morning and I feel great (except a little achy in the knees). How about it y'all, did you exercise today?
 
I did the FIRM body sculpt and day 3 of 5-day Abs.
 
I started off today with Pilates 20 min dvd before leaving for work. Will see what else when I return tonight.

just walked 10 laps around the indoor mall - its cool here today
Now Im enjoying a coffee & lowfat muffin before I wash my 3 bathrooms
 
::yes:: Just got back from theY. 45 mins on the EFX and did some inner/outer thigh work and bi/tricep work. I haven't exercised in 5 days :o, plus DH came home Saturday, so I'm staying away from the scale for a while. :teeth:

I did the Firm cardio sculpt, wow what a workout! I had forgotten just how tough firm workouts could be.
 
I've been absent for these threads for quite sometime do to the pretty yucky winter as I do my exercise outside. But I'm BACK! Today was nice and sunny still cold but not too bad. I got in about 30 minutes walking/jogging. I'm doing the Couch to 5K program and I'm starting on Week 2. Came home and had a smoothie and feel great about getting back on track with the exercise! :teeth:
 
20 minutes jogging on treadmill to warm up, then my weights routine. I'll do some crunches before I jump in the shower to end the evening! See you all tomorrow!

Hour and a half with the personal trainer today. She is trying to kill me I swear!
But really, it felt good. Weights, cardio, etc.

Today was a busy day for me. I actually got to walk to the grocery store for the first time in over a month. When i got back I did my 10 minutes of Cardio Sculpt. And I just finished my WATP 1 mile tape with weights and my Pilates routine to cool off and stretch out. Altogether that adds up to about an hour's exercise for me. I think that's gotta be some kind of record for me.

I was able to get a 1/2 hour walk in at lunch time and then in the evening I did my 1 mile WATP tape with weights.
 
I did 20 min on bike, 25 min on tread mill then 1 hr w/ trainer working weights, doing lunges and crunches.
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 37 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
