imagined yourself living some place else? You know how some people say they are living somewhere they aren't meant to live. Like maybe you live in a small town and you think you are meant to live in a big city?

Where do you imagine yourself living?

I always pictured myself living in Florida. I love warm weather, I always have. When I was younger I always used to walk around in a bathing suit more than actual clothes. I also love marine life, so I've always wanted to live some place tropical.

Also, when I was little, and even now I always wanted to live in a small town. Like in the movie Now and THen, where you could ride your bike anywhere. (I know Now and Then isn't the only movie like this, but this is the movie that made me want that kind of life.) Unfortunatly, times have changed and no matter where you live, its not a smart idea to be roaming around everywhere. I love when my mom tells me stories about her and her friends walking to school, and riding their bikes to the diner. I wish my town was like that.

What about you guys?

Yes, I think about this all the time.
I really don't belong here.
My town is so small and even though everyone knows who you are, they don't talk to you.
Here, I have no oppurtunities.

I'd love to move somewhere more diverse and larger, that has a wonderful library, and cafes, and beautiful buildings.
I always imagined myself living in England somewhere or Scotland. I love the buildings and the roads and everything about it seems gorgeous.

Also anywhere that rained alot. I love rain, so very much. Cloudy, gloomy days are wonderful and I love walking in the rain.

Also out in the country, where I'd have a old beat up truck and do work in jeans and t-shirts instead of slacks and blouses (sp). I live in a town and we don't farm in town. Everytime I'm driving on the highway though I do see fields and I can see the sun and the stars. I love dirt roads and country music and I don't mind getting dirty at all. I also love planting flowers and such. Some of my family are farmers and I've helped and it was very fun. I love being out where you don't have neighbors right beside you. It's nice and open and fresh air! Even though you do occasionally get a little dirt/dust in your eye from cars traveling down the dirt road.

I wouldn't mind living in a huge city like New York or something, but it's just not exactly what I'd like.

VA,
You would probably enjoy northern VA,
Its NOT small, but it is.
If that makes sense.
You know your way around (or maybe I do just because Ive lived here my entire life) but you always find something knew.

The place itself is somewhat small (kindaish..)
but there are SO many people its insane.
We have more people in just fairfax then the entire state of Montana.
No joke.
No lie.

I wanna live in Florida, with my Cousin.
I have dreamed about it since I was little.

I always loved the thought of living on a ranch. I love the whole cowboy/ cowgirl look. I love the idea of having a big open yard (ranch) where you still had neighbors, but yet you had enough personal space. I love a lot of country music, it depends on who sings it. And like you, I'm not afraid to get dirty. In the summer (when I'm outside) I usually come in covered with mud and grass stains. When I say ranch I mostly mean a horse ranch. I actually have never ridden before.

When I was younger I went to one of my cousin's riding competitions and I saw a girl get thrown off her horse.. They had to bring in a helicopter to take her away. She was okay, but I was really young at the time and I freaked out. I was in girl scouts and a few years later I was given the oppurtunity to go to a riding class with my troop but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I still regret that because I would really like to learn how to ride. I don't really have time to now but maybe the chance will come up again one day.

I have ALWAYS wanted to live in Orlando since i was 4. (That was the first time i went to Disney) The town I live in is terrible. There used to be THREE bars so we had/have a bunch of drunk people even though we only have one bar left, because of the bad behavior of the adults, the kids are starting to drink at an early age, some of the kids had like INSANE parents, some were serious drug addicts and now the kids that i have to call my friends are taking on the same habits and it's disgusting. Can't wait to finish high school, because after that, i'm gonna be working with the mouse!! (Of course after college which will be in FL)

But to sum the whole thing up, the area i live in is just HORRIBLE

Don't call me cocky or anything but I have always pictured me living like the high socialites in New York. I don't know why but it seems like it wold fit me so perfectly. I live in a smaller town right now and I can't stand how slow moving everything is and stuff like that.

Any small town in the south.

I talked for an hour with my friend in PA about how much we'd both want a ranch. Do you know how hard it is to find a cowboy hat in Jersey?

I live like 20 minutes outside of NYC, and I've always pictured myself living there.
The fast-pace and big city feel just fit my personality.

And I've always wanted to live in Boston or Chicago.
Where it's a city, and there's always new things and new people, but it also doesn't have that whole intimidation factor going.

I actually cant stand big cities. People will probably find that weird but its the truth. I go to NYC all the time living there just doesn't appeal to me.

Some people love NYC but I'm not one of them. :confused3

**This is no way was meant as an insult, I just wanted to put that out there.

No way! I love where I live! It got a little of everything!
Peace Out!

Houston, Texas.
My cousin used to live there and she loved it. She cried when she moved to Oxford, luckily she got to go live in Pittsburgh.

I'd love to live in big city because it seems so upper class and posh (i'm a snob) but truthfully i don't suit big cities.
