to either take a vacation or just a much needed break when you were absolutely burnt out? Just curious.

If you did--are you glad you did? If not do you usually take your vacations during the summer or holidays? Just wondering how we should do our very much needed vacation next year. My school is on the quarter system.
Thanks.

I took a semester off to do the CP. While it was an awesome experience, it sorta made me lethargic towards school b/c I just want to be back at Disney.

I took two semesters off while in college. I'm still in college, but I will be graduating in December. I took the time off because I was sick and tired of school. After a semester of working and being bored, I went back to school and done so much better than I would have if I had continued. Sometimes, you just need a break. I'm so glad that I'm finally done with my undergraduate (or will be soon) because I'm so ready for a break again. :sunny:

I took one semester off, wasn't really my choice... my job really didn't give me an option. It really didn't put me that far behind (12 hours), and after catching up I'll still graduate on time. It was kind of nice not stressing out about finals and such, and when I went back to school I was more determined to do well.

i havent..but i have taken vacations during the semester and just miss a week of classes...or else ill do january vacations before i go back to school

I personally didn't take a semester off. I did however leave my state institution for a Junior College and it was the best thing I have ever done. Lots of people thought I couldn't hack it at the state school but I really needed to be closer to my family and all that jazz. My sorority big however took a smester off and really thought it was the best thing she could do. She did say however that you MUST will yourself to go back because it is really easy to just not ever go back. But those who do and come back never really regret it as far as I have experienced.

Best of luck

i wish i could, but my loans for college won't really allow it, it blows having to pay for all of college.
