Been onsite three times:

SoG (2) and the ASMu resort once. If you count my CP in 2001, I guess you can consider that onsite also. :p

We've stayed onsite at the following resorts -
AKL
ASSp (Several times)
ASMu (Several times)
CB
CSR
And next month we're staying at the Poly.

We've also stayed DTD - Grosvner (sp?) and TravelLodge when it was the under a different name.

Have stayed off site too but will not ever do that again. It's just so much better staying on site.

On site many times, want more!

All Star Sports
All Star Music
All Star Movies
Port Orleans - French Quarter
Caribbean Beach
Contemporary North Garden Wing
Boardwalk Villas

We really want to try the Poly and the cabins at Fort Wilderness.

We've only stayed onsite one-time at POR. But on our next trip we're planning on staying at the Poly. Can't wait!

Yes, we feel it is the only way to go. We've stayed at Dixie Landings..when it WAS Dixie Landings...loved it!, Fort Wilderness x 2 (when we had a travel trailer), and our last trip was at Caribbean Beach. When we return, we will stay at Port of Orleans...Riverside. ;) DH and I went on our honeymoon to WDW and we stayed off-site. We couldn't afford on-site and we got a good deal on our room at $37/night. It was almost 17 years ago.

POR (When it was Dixie Landings), AKL, POR, CBR, and December back to AKL!

We honeymooned onsite 11 years ago and have never stayed off site since. (I had stayed off site as a child, but my DH has only been to WDW since we've been married, so he's NEVER stayed off site.)

My list is in my signature!

Our favorites are the old Dixie Landings (now Port Orleans Riverside) and Wilderness Lodge (although we've stayed in the Villas by renting DVC points - never in the lodge itself.)

Coronado Springs
Contemporary
Dixie Landings (now Port Orleans Riverside)
Swan
Animal Kingdom Lodge
Dolphin
Wilderness Lodge

Hoping to try Boardwalk next!!

I went a couple times when I was a kid, but stayed off-site. I didn't stay on-site until I met DH. We've stayed at All Star Music, Caribbean Beach, and Port Orleans FQ.

Liked POFQ the best, hated CBR. I could take or leave ASMu.

I will only stay onsite now. I think the last time I stayed offsite was 1992. I have stayed multiple times at All Stars-Sports, All Stars-Music, All Stars-Movies, Pop Century, Carribean Beach, Coronado Springs, Animal Kingdom Lodge.

AKL is my fave so far. :)

We never stay offsite. I just can't do it. ;) Our favorite resort is Ft. Wilderness followed by Wilderness Lodge. We have also stayed at the Poly, CBR, CSR, and Pop Century. We want to try the Beach Club and AKL.

We pretty much always stay onsite. Here's the list:

Boardwalk Inn / Boardwalk Villas
Polynesian
Contemporary
Shades of Green
Beach Club
Beach Club Villas
Caribbean Beach
Coronado Springs
Port Orleans
Dixie Landings
Old Key West
Dolphin
All Star Sports
The resort that they're changing over to Saratoga Springs. Darn! What WAS that place called? They had treehouses, townhouses, bungalows, etc. It was really quiet and nice. We stayed there twice.

Our favorites are Coronado Springs, Old Key West, and Beach Club.

We've also stayed at these Downtown Resorts:

Grosvenor
Hilton
Courtyard (now Holiday Inn)

In the past I have stayed both on and off site, but I now very much prefer on site. I have stayed at...

All Star Music (1998 & 2004)
Grand Floridian (2000 & 2003)
BoardWalk Inn (2000 & 2003)
Wilderness Lodge (2000)
Animal Kingdom Lodge (2001 & 2002)
Polynesian (2001 & 2002)
Yacht Club (2002)
Beach Club (2003)
Pop Century (2003)

We love to split our stays so we can try out the different resorts. :)

Have stayed onsite twice, both times were back when I was little and my parents were still together. Stayed at the Grand Floridian and Polynesian. My mom and stepdad now own DVC, so we're going back to staying onsite (FINALLY!). We own at SSR, but for this next trip I'm trying to convince them to stay somewhere besides that one.

:D

I've stayed onsite three times:

the All-Star Music Resort in 1997

the Caribbean Beach Resort in 1999

the Coronado Springs Resort in 2002

I love staying onsite. Unfortunately the other six times I've been to WDW with my family, we stayed offsite. As long as I'm paying, I'll always stay onsite. It adds so much more to the Disney experience.

Stay offsite? In the immortal words of Monica from Friends when Rachel asked how she'd react if someone bought the detergent without the easy pour spout, "Why would someone DO THAT?"

I've only been twice. 1st time stayed at Shades of Green (loved it!) and the 2nd time at Contemporary b-c SOG was closed for renovation. Contemp was nice but liked Shades better.

Going back in Jan 05 for my b-day trip (staying at SOG), again 2nd wk in Dec 05 with family (15 of us) (again, SOG), and possibly a week later for Christmas combo my college graduation gift to myself with my 8 yr old (thinking of staying at Pop Century to get a taste of something different).

Can't wait to go!

Por favor, mantenganse alejados de las puertas!:earsboy:::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo
