Snapped, like when your brain cracks and you can no longer maintain composure and your primal self comes out.
Here's my example:
It was two years ago. We went through the Winnie the Pooh ride (how much calmer and peaceful can you get? I should have been in a zen state) and got off the ride. It was raining outside. Everyone suddenly became afflicted with Aquaphobia and refused to move. It was dozens of people deep, no one was letting anyone out of the gift shop. No pathways, no aisles, nothing. Just wall to wall people standing like deer in headlights in front of an empty park.
"Excuse me.."
"Hi, excuse me can we get through?"
"Hey we want to get through here, could you please move?"
......
I tried a few more times, we tried to nudge our way through. We had ponchos, we didnt care about the rain, it was 95 degrees out and getting soaked would feel good.
(the snap happens)
"EVERYONE GET OUT OF MY WAY RIGHT NOW. MOVE. EVERYONE MOVE."
Suddenly everyone looked at me like I was an animal. It was my wife, my 4 year old, and myself. I kept screaming like an animal. All I wanted to do was get out of the gosh darned gift shop.
Folks moved out of the way. She told me later folks said some nasty things about us as we walked by. I was too filled with fury to hear anything.
Then suddenly... We went into a nice empty park, pouring all around us, having fun in the rain, getting wet under our ponchos, loving life. Wasn't quite the Disney spirit but hey, it was once we were in the rain. I have no idea why everyone freaked out. I don't know why suddenly everyone was in a panic about some rain. I am sure they have no idea why some guy went crazy behind them. Perspective...
So either everyone else there has some kind of snapped story, or I am just going to need to register myself for anger management classes.
Do tell.
