I came home and Donna had dinner all ready, she ate then I ate, but later on she got sick and blamed it on the food.

She warned me to be careful as something in the meal was not right.

I blew it off because after 30 some odd years of 7-Eleven burritos and Taco’s I have to the conclusion my stomach is barf proof.

But not tonight soon afterwards I got it too, and I had to go worship the porcelain oracle. This is not as good as the oracle on the Matrix, but in my case the newest in modern porcelain containers with all the new anti blockage devices, and the computer hookup for those long nights.

And then it happened I lost my dinner, wonderful thing the stomach. If you put something in it that it does not like, it sends it back.

After my attack I stood up and proceeded to flush my bad food away, but then there it was… it caught my eye and I was amazed. There in the middle of all the chaos in my porcelain bowl was CORN!!!

It suddenly dawned on me I have not had corn in over 6 months, but there it was… CORN!!!

And I seem to recall all the other times I was sick I noticed CORN!!!

Now where does the corn come from? Does your body store corn for times like this? Does corn help in the rejection factor? Is there a corn pouch in your stomach just waiting for the right moment to makes its return?

Is there a conspiracy afoot here in the secrete corn society, was Children of the Corn more that just a bad book?

Watch your bowls next time your sick kids, mark my words… There will be CORN.

Don’t make the porcelain gods angry, for they want corn when you are sick, so store some now. Go to your nearest supermarket and get a can of corn, and stock up on your corn reserves, because I don’t know what will happen when one of us does not pay the piper and offer up some corn next time we are sick.

Sorry you were sick, but I think that's the most disgusting thing I've ever read! :crazy2:

Thats really gross and yet funny-hope you feel better.

Um....I think I have to agree with WeirdEyes :crazy2:

:rotfl: I may be confused, but it seems like I remember a story about someone seeing a family sitting on the sidewalk eating cans of corn at WDW. Was that just some weird dream I had? Guess they were stocking up their corn pouches. Anybody else know this story?

skporter, I believe that was a thread on the Theme Park boards about the strangest things people have seen at WDW

but it's good to see you, Ed! :)

That's about one of the funniest and grossest stories I've ever heard!! Although, I've been there...I think I can recall seeing things I swear I don't remember eating! :p

Ahhhhh

Now all my new CB friends are starting to learn a little bit more about MeanLaureen's past before she started moderating the Community Board! ::yes::

We had Ed on the phone last night and I said to him... "Ed - come on over to the Community Board and play with me..."

This is what we get :teeth:

And you guys probably thought that moderating the collectors board is a piece of cake!

Ed? You are going to stick around here... right?
