1st car: 1963 maroon rambler "Ramblin' rose"
1963 blue oldsmobile----"Blue Meanie" (grill looked like mean teeth)
1972 Yellow VW--"yellow submarine"
1978 green chevette--- ?
1987 blue Nissan Sentra --"Blue Bomber"
1993 maroon Dodge Caravan--"Black Cherry"
2000 blue Nissan Quest--"Queenie"

though i have never had a car of my own, my friends and i named one of my parents' cars: stu.

even my parents started calling it that after awhile. it was pretty funny.

My dad had a blue '65 Ford Galaxy he bought used and had all kinds of problems with it. I called it the Blue Lemon. He didn't appreciate that much.

We now have a Black Ford Ranger we call Scrappy.

Years ago I had a Chevy Monza named "Eggbert." My friend named it that because it was pretty much the shape of an egg...LOL! She had one also. Hers was blue, mine was brown.

My AMC Hornet was named "HMZ." The three letters on my license plate. That car also had some "colorful" names! It was horrible!!!! Gee...I wonder why AMC isn't around any more...or are they? No surprise there!

Never named my Corolla.

Never named my Camaro.

Never named my Quest.

We've named some of them, but we've also had way too many cars.

My dad's Fiat Spider was The Inky Dinky. Two-year-old me named that one.
Our Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera was named Bessie. It was actually named after a car that Goofy drove in a comic book we got at the Universe of Energy ages and ages ago.
A small Dodge truck (forget the model) was the Red Rascal.
The Jaguar XJ6 was Reggie.
Two consecutive Audi 100's were Helmut.
Our current Audi A4 is Ludwig.

One of my dad's friends has a junky, rusty Volkswagen Rabbit that is referred to as the Chick Magnet. I think it's my favorite car name ever.

I can only name cars after I've driven them, which explains the lack of a name for DH's stupid stick shift Saturn.

My car is Cuervo - she's a gold Mercury Mystique.

My sisters' and my old car from high school was Oscar - as in the trash can.

Dad's aqua truck was the Loch Ness Monster - Nessie for short. He hated that name!

Dad's new green SUV is the Jolly Green Giant.

We have not named the Pilot yet - I'm thinking Wings. (Pilot...Wings?) But DH hates that, so we'll see!

DH & I were just talking about this the other day during the snowstorm we had. We live up a big hill and everytime my car makes it up the icy, snowy, not-really plowed hill, I thank my car and give it a pat on the dashboard. I decided that day since my car is a wagon, I'm naming it CHUCK as in ChuckWagon!!

Before me and DH got married DH had a green honda civic he called Darlene LOL We don't have names for our current vehicles but we call our Explorer "The Family Truckster" , the Accord "Junkster" , still thinking of a name for the eclipse.. Just just got that for DH this Christmas seeing how "junkster" is a ...well piece of junk!

DW calls her Corolla KC (for Kenny Chesney) and she calls my Tercel Anna (as in Kournikova). I call my car the Taco2.
Brief history lesson... my old '85 Tercel was the Taco because I had a Tacoma logo on the back from which the letters "MA" had broken off. Hence, the logo said TOYOTATaco. Thusly, the '97 Tercel is Taco2.
