I bought some apple cider, without preservatives, about 2 weeks ago. I put it in the basement refrigerator and when I remembered it this weekend, the gallon jug was very swollen.
A fast sip of the foam and it tastes different than regular cider. Not bad... just different.
Is this the only thing needed to make hard cider? I didn't drink more of it because I didn't want to make myself sick.
I will enjoy the entire gallon, though not at one sitting,
if I accidently made hard cider.
What do you think? Did I make something wonderful, or will I make myself sick?
