Whoohoo it worked!

Okay No I never lied. I'm 30. Its just a number.

Nope. I don't volunteer it, and if asked I tell the truth.

I have sometimes said I was one year younger if I just turned a new age, just out of habit or rounded up to the next year if I was nearing my bday.

I haven't lied about in many years but I did before I was of age to drink. (I was 17 and out of HS and the legal age was 18).

I used to go out to bars alot before I was legal. I used someone else's ID, so although I wasn't technically lying about my age I was pretending to be someone elses :lmao:

No I don't lie about my age, its only a number.

I am 41 (born May, 1967)

Yes, when I was young, needed to be older to impress a girl.

It worked! :cool1:

No, I don't lie about my age. Now, there may have been a time or two I've refused to discuss it.

I frequently remind myself....I don't mind getting older because the alternative..uh..stinks.

Nope, Never Ever. I am 19:upsidedow

Once, when I was 14 years old, my friend & I lied and said we were 16 years old to some cute boys we met at the mall

Oh wait, I answered wrong. When I was a 15 year old kid, I implicitly lied by going to an R rated movie without parental supervision. The next day, I shaved and bought a "child" ticket implicitly claiming that I was 12 or under. I also asked for and got a senior discount back in my mid-30's. I did that as a joke.

I'll just recharacterize my answer to be "Male - Never lied as an adult to make people think I was younger".

I was going to say no because I am pretty proud of my age and don't think I look 50, but yes I have lied because I used to say I was older when I was in high school to get into bars before I was 18.

Only as a teen, when the person asking my age was the bartender.

Not exactly. I'm 23 and happen to look anywhere from 12-15 years old, so if I'm going to be given a childrens discount because of my age, I just don't correct the person giving it to me.

Sounds like me. I'm also 23, and look apparently look really young, but I have yet to meet a 12 year old as... ahem... well developed as I am. Although I guess if I'm wearing a baggy shirt you can't really tell. Even when I try to look my age, I look young. I can't help it, I guess just be glad when 40 hits and I'm getting mistaken for a 20 year old.

I've never actually lied about my age for long term, more like if i was trying to get into a club or something. I went on a cruise with my family 2 weeks before I turned 18, and you had to be 18 to go into the clubs there. I just used my sister's other ID to get in. I mean come on, 2 weeks is not a big deal.

Certainly! I used to tell my children I was 29.. but they caught on eventually. I guess I didn't want to sound too old to my children. Honestly they don't really care.. but it would be kind of nice if other parents actually think I was 29.

If a stranger ask me... I would probably lie.. they don't know me.. I don't know them. It wouldn't really matter and it's no one's concern but mine.
