On our last trip in 2006, we had problems with our Tickets not being loaded onto our Resort IDs. Upon arrival we did an early check-in leaving our bags at the Resort to head to the parks. Our ID's didn't seem to work at Epcot but it seemed like they were having trouble with the turnstiles and they just waved us in and we didn't think anything about it.
But the next morning for EMH at MK when we tried to enter the CM screamed (yes, screamed -not a very magical moment) at us that we had no Tickets on our card.
We were directed to the Guest Services Desk where they were able to check our ID's on the computer and saw that, yes we did have tickets. They allowed us to enter, but we had to go to Check-In desk later that day to have them reloaded.
My question is, does this happen often and is there a way for the CM at check-in to confirm that everything is loaded properly? I really don't want to
go through that again!
