Yes, another waitlist concern. I'm on the waitlist for a 2 bdr at SSR for dec 4th and 6th.

I'm wondering how successful others have been in the past with getting their waitlists for the first week of december.

Could you tell me:
When did you go on waitlist?
Location and room type?
Success or failure?
If failure, did you wait until 31 days out or did you cancel sooner?

We've been successful that time of year. When planning a trip, we make our reservations at our home resort as far ahead as we can. That way we know we have a place to stay and can go about making our travel arrangements. Then when we get to the 7 month window, we call and get on the wait list for the place we would prefer to stay in. Our success rate is about 75%.
