i just reading about how space ship earth was losing its sponsership and began thinking about how many times i've ridden that ride...anyway, i remembered the time it was about 8 pm and we were headed out and we always do spaceship earth last because it is never crowded at that time....we had a long day (MK in am, BB afternoon, and EPcot pm) and the kids were a handful but we had to ride it(it is tradition)....as we began the descent down the lights and music just lulled me to sleep..i remember my 5 year old tugging at my shirt telling me to get up before we got stuck on it.....

so, have you ever snoozed at a WDW theme park?

I have dozed in Spaceship Earth also as well as American Adventure once. :o I have felt like dozing a few times waiting for the Kiss Goodnight at MK. :)

No, I never have, but probably could have on Spaceship Earth...The ending is so peaceful! :)

the Tiki birds. it was 1987, before they added Iago and Zazu. my then-husband does Disney commando style. we got to the parks before they opened and stayed until they closed (It was just Epcot and Magic Kingdom them.) it was 4th of July weekend, and the MK stayed open until 2 am. by the 3rd day I was so tired from all the running around that the birds just luled me to sleep.

i almost did at hall of presidents one time.

American Adventure......by the time we make it to WS and around the lake it's usually afternoon....and I'm sleepy!!!

I also remember dozing at an old Sea World attraction....dancing fountains or waltzing waters.....something like that.

In the Hall of Presidents. I really wanted to see it too but it was so cool inside and I was so tired....and the next thing I know my husband is shaking me awake because the show was over. Maybe I'll try again next time we go, lol.

Yep!! Spaceship Earth, American Adventure, Hall of Presidents, Carousel of Progress, MK Railroad...I get completely worn out at WDW!!!!!;)

Angie~

Almost!

My wife and I took a day to ourselves to tour Epcot during our family reunion in 2000. It was a very, very hot June day. We had pastry and coffee in France when WS opened and then toured the park. We had a late afternoon lunch PS in Mexico. By the time we got there, we were quite tired from the touring and the heat. A margarita sounded very nice. We each ordered one with lunch. The drinks and the lunches were both very, very large.

We rode the Rio Del Tiempo after lunch and then waddled out into the heat. We headed over to China and sat on one of the benches in the lovely gardens there. We found a nice shady spot, tucked away a bit and we were soon very, very comfortable there. I may actually have dozed off for a second or two.

I like naps.

Yep! I fell asleep in the Country Bear Jamboree! It was the day after my wedding and it was dark and I was beat, what can I say?? DH dozed off later the same day in the Hall of Presidents!

I've dosed in the HoP and American Adventure. My DH sleeps. I have to dose and still be alert enough to elbow him when he starts to snore too loudly.

Hmmmm. Seems Ellen's Universe of Energy may need to be revamped. But .... it's a nice place to take a nap. :teeth: :o

Quick naps (we call them power naps) are actually quite good for you! I find myself dozing off every once in awhile on a lot of attractions that have nice music or talking.
