Thanks for the clarification, but I am aware of that. I do understand that most people do not condone murder, but I truly do not believe he deserves another trial. He was tried and convicted. The family of the victim has been through enough, and you have no idea how difficult it is for the victim's family to have this hashed and rehashed. I've heard those arguments again and again, and I, myself do not believe he deserves another trial, therefore I will boycott anyone who supports him. We were asked who we boycott, I don't think its fair to be told that I'm wrong in doing so.ducklite said:I just want to clarify--most of the people who have supported Mumia do not condone any illegal actions he may have taken, they simply feel that his right to a fair trial was violated and that he should be able to be retried and possibly resentenced under the protection of the laws of the US Constitution and applicable PA state law.

Forgive me for being rude. But, being the daughter of a Philly cop, and being close in high school with 3 of his nieces-- this is pretty personal to me, and I don't appreciate being made to feel as if I'm uninformed-- that's not the case. Secondly, I am so tired of hearing about Mumia's rights-- what about the rights of the victim's family. The poor man's wife had to leave her hometown because of the constant attention on this case (believe me if anyone's rights have been violated it has been hers).
