Have you ever booked through tripres.com?

I posted this on the resorts board a few days ago, but didn't get a response from someone who has used them. We have the CR booked through them for Thanksgiving, because disney, expedia, etc. showed no availability. Tripres.com did show availability so I jumped on it. Now, I'm kinda second guessing the website. They have sent me a confirmation and I even called them to verify and they say everything is good. I just don't want to get to Orlando and have no where and everything be booked. If there is anyone who has used this website (tripres.com) successfully or unsuccesfully I would like for you to share your experience with me.

Why don't you call the CR directly and see if they have a reservation in your name for that time?

I did call the CR. I asked if they had my reservations, and she put me on hold and then I was connected to CRO.... because it started going through the "if you've been to Walt Disney World at least X times since 2000 Press X." I asked the CM at CRO and she couldn't look it up, but did say they sold rooms to several reputable travel agents, but she didn't have a list of them. I just am worried because we are going Thanksgiving and I know that if they screwed my reservations up that there will be no room for me at any onsite resorts. We'll just have to have faith trust and . However, thanks for everyone's concern.
