I’ve found that sometimes if you aren’t seeing anything on the app the kiosks will have something. I know it’s not supposed to make a difference but sometimes seems like it does

You can only prebook 1 per hour but you can keep adding as you use them after those 3. Even after using your first FP you can move up/change your 2nd FP to something sooner. We typically use 2-3 per hour.

If you make it, and use it and then make another one and use it. If you go in to the app to make another one and choose the time, instead of afternoon or evening, you can generally get one to come up within 15-20 minutes of the current time and as you use it, you can get another,

As soon as we scan thru the third, we start the app search, grab whatever is available as I typically scan by time.
Then refresh after exiting that 3rd ride, to see if anything changed and/or opened up.
We typically use 8-10 per park and line up about 35 minutes before park closing o the ride we could not get s FP for. CM’s do not close the line and we ride that last ride.

Yes. As soon as we scan into the 3rd pre-booked FP I start looking for the next one that's close to where we are. I can usually get one for about 15-20 minutes later. Repeat all day until we are done.

As soon as I tap in I start searching for a new one. I grab that one and as soon as I tap in I scan for another. You can use as many as you want in an hour as long as you only ever have 1 scheduled.

We were there two weeks ago (MK) and by 11:00 am the app said that there was no fastpasses left for the day.

Around MKL? It was a glitch. There were FP. I was there and saw it show that briefly but I backed out and tried again and they showed up
Heck, even on NYE, the busiest day of the year at MK, there are additional FP to be had

Sounds like most of you that are successful are at MK. I'm guessing it is much harder at HS. We refreshed and tried a lot, but none for the big name attractions, only for Indiana Jones, voyage or Muppets.

Yeah that was before Star Wars invaded. I promise you. My son refreshed a ton that day. That was part of my rant about our day at Studios. The park was crowded with lines 90 minutes and we were are on phones SO much, getting boarding passes, stalking waiting times, trying to rearrange fast passes. I don't know if we just did it wrong, were on a particularly bad day, but fp's were not available.

Or when you tried to tap the time of an FP that had come up in your search? The day that MFSR FPs were released there was a change in behavior that made individual FPs much harder to get. But it didn’t say the parks were out of FPs just the ones you tried to tap. (It is not behaving that way anymore)

It was January 8th. I don't know the answers because my two techno saavy boys were doing it. My oldest is a computer programmer geek. Got us boarding group 15 that day. He had some boards he had researched about the strategy and how to do it. Technology overwhelms me so I let them handle it. I was the master of the paper fast pass and we never waited in line when we used that.

Used both. When using the app or website, try clicking/pressing on different times or morning/afternoon/evening to refresh to find new ones. Kiosks are fine to use as well, can "refresh" by cancelling out and trying again

I was there in December and was able to get plenty of fastpasses for everything except SDD. I would guess you were there on a bad day because it was the Friday before Christmas and I had no issues.

Over my last five trips, I've probably gone on 3 or 4 total attractions WITHOUT a FP+. Refresh, refresh, refresh and we're back in line.

Yes, all the time. It can be hard to get the most popular attractions as a 4+, but there's usually something available. And even the popular, hard-to-get ones can pop up though it can take a bit of luck and persistence. This past Thursday we were able to grab Soarin' twice, in mid/late afternoon after hopping from HS. Friday we were able to grab a SDD for 12:35 while waiting to enter the theater for the 11:30 Frozen Sing-A-Long. We also were able to grab a couple of Toy Story Manias that day for mid afternoon, as well as a couple of Tower of Terrors and an Alien Swirling Saucers.

We had 3 FPs for AK on our last day. Our 3rd FP was at noon for Everest. My daughter and wife took off for EE, but my son got cold feet and backed out. I stayed with him. When my wife and daughter were off, we walked a bit and my wife needed the restroom. I stared at my Disney app and saw our two unused FPs. So I cancelled them. Not a big EE fan, myself.

I was suddenly in the running for a 4th FP. While she puttered around at the bathroom and then got a drink, I kept refreshing the app for FP choices. My whole family loves Test Track. I managed get TT for 3pm.

We wrapped up AK and made our way to Epcot after a stop at our resort. After riding TT, I kept scanning for more, but never found anything more to our liking at Epcot.

I was at HS today. Lots of 4th DP available, RnRc, TOT, Star Tours, TSMM, etc. We used our three before 10 am and pulled 3 or 4 more. Could have gotten even more but we wanted to just hang in galaxy's edge.

Now, MK last Sat was a different story. Refresh with app and web and couldn't pull anything good. It was pretty crowded.

Thank you. I tried (for my first time) a few weeks ago using the phone app and if I remember correctly, Everytime I tried to book another, it said I already booked in that category, but we already scanned and used the 3.

We typically had the 3 booked and used for mid morning through 1pm, and we were looking to make a few for after dinner time
