Can you still get them at the GF? We're going to WDW next weekend and I would like to surprise DH. We love roasted chestnuts, but chestnuts are hard to find here.

Only once when I was in London and bought them from a street vendor. I remember liking them.

Yummy! I love chestnuts, although I'm the only one who eats them at home (more for me, I guess)

I eat them roasted, DH helps me cut X's in them (we had an explosion once! ) and I put them in the oven to roast...

Some people here have said that they're bitter, but I find them kind of sweet

I love them!!!!!!!!!! I am ordering a new variety from a company I saw on the food channel that tastes like buttered popcorn. They should be here any day now!!!!! I can't wait!!!!

I only eat them when I'm in NYC near Rockerfeller Center looking at the tree. It's a tradition. I love the smell of them.
