I need to send a complain about our last trip. I would like to send the pictures of our dirty room. Will they be able to open them? Or should I print them and send them by mail?

It is inconceivable that they cannot open jpegs. So just make sure you save and send them in that format.

I am afraid that they won't be able to see any attachments. I guess I will give it a try and see what happens.

I don't know whether this info would be helpful at all or not, but we had an issue with something ordered from The Disney Store online and their guest services department took our pictures over email just fine. They handled the issue wonderfully.

They can open jpegs. I have emailed photos to Disney and they acknowledged receipt of them. Mine were fortunately regarding a compliment I wished to pass to a CM for excellent service, but the fact remains, they were able to open the jpegs to get the info :thumbsup2

My daughter is a housekeeping manager at one of the Epcot resorts. She would be very disappointed to know that you decided not to contact housekeeping management and give them a chance to correct the problem before going behind their backs. The managers cannot fix what they don't know about. They have "problem" housekeepers and your evidence could have been a great help to them in "eliminating" the problem. Think about how long it is going to take to get back to the source now. Anytime you are disatisfied with the condition of your room, all you have to do is ask for a manager and have them come look at your room. Trust me, I have been with her when people have called her over practically nothing and she checks out every complaint and makes sure they are resolved.

I did send an email with a link to my blog (wanted to praise the CM who made our Tomorrowland entrance spectacular). They said that they could not click on the link for fear of getting a virus? So I just copied the txt of the blog into the email (a shame, though, as photos add so much to the story!).

Why would you assume I didn't contacted housekeeping management? We did contacted housekeeping. We made 2 different calls and in the second one we asked for the manager to come. He never showed up. We had housekeeping issues every single day. We even spoke with the front desk manger who was clearly not interested in any part of it.
