have you done the bday special option?

My DD and I will be in WDW in April and we have always wanted to swim with the dolphins! I may surprise her with this as a bday gift...has anyone order the bday special option? is it worth the $$$?

Which option do you mean? I just went to the site and realized they changed their package options. Hmmm...

Anyways, I got the Premium Package for my birthday a couple weeks ago. SO worth it! I'll admit, I didn't pay for it as it was a bday gift, but even my mom (who paid for it) said it was well worth it. After having a cabana this time, I can't imagine not having it next time. I had so much fun just laying on the lounges watching the other dolphin swims. The buoy is such a special souvenir and it really is something you'll remember for a lifetime.

Do you have any specific questions? I'll be happy to answer here or message me. As I said, they changed the package a little since the one I had but it's pretty much the same.

They will even put your Dis name on the buoy, lol!

We loved having the cabana. There is a small fridge stocked with drinks, a locking cabinet to put your stuff in when you leave, and you get an attendant who brings you a big basket of chips and cookies. She checks on you throughout the day and brings you back whatever you want more of.

I would definetly reccomend the cabana/birthday buoy package, and I hope to be able to do it again someday!
