Have you brought anything nice in the Sales?

We ventured out to the Next Sales and got some T-Shirts, 3/4 length trousers, PJ's, Blouse and trousers for work, bedding and curtains and DH got a few bits too.

I love the NEXT sale

Did you get any good finds in the sales? Did you spend your Christmas money?

Mart wont let me have a gander at them, he reckons we have spent enough typical man, my mum reckons there is some good bargains in the sales...might have a sneeky peak when he goes back to work

A new kitchen, but it didn't feel like a bargain to me. You see the adverts in the papers,but when you arrive in the shop the entire kitchen turns out to be 3 small cupboards minus any doors and handles etc etc. By the time you have sat down with the planning person and their computer guess what the price has doubled/tripled!!!!
I'm still reeling. Mind you we couldn't wait any longer because my old kitchen tiles fell straight off the wall into DD's pasta yesterday. LOL

We just got back from Fosse Park in Leicester and have bought a new leather suite (3 seater plus one chair)

On the way back from in laws yesterday we stopped off at Ikea ,It was that packed we parked next door in Toys r Us
We wanted a Kitchen Roll holder and came out £93 lighter and NO Kitchen Roll holder!!
Why do we do it? Should have drove straight past!!

Kaylee, you are so right. The papers made it look a complete bargain, and to be honest I'm still not sure that I haven't been conned, but I guess that is always the way with ' sales. ' At least it is something that was needed even if it hadn't actually been budgeted for.

Well I don't know that it really counts but I have bought a new Dyson. It was reduced from £240 to £190. My old one lasted 11 years and was still going, just, so I hope this one does as well. My carpets are being lifted off the floor!!!

Ive got (well it hasnt been delivered yet) one of those half price treadmills at Argos, down from £700 to £349.
After reading some indepandant reviews, it seems to be quite a reasonable one, for home use, quite weighty and sturdy aparantly.
Now I just need to save up the £3000 for the new garage to be built to put it in.

I got a gorgeous blouse from House of Fraser that I'd been eyeing up for weeks, plus a couple of pieces of pilgrim jewellry that were half price.

Going to get a couple of new Sofas next week from Sofasofa as they all have 40% off at the mo + free delivery, just have to wait until I get my grant through, bit of a necessity as my old cheap ones are squashed right through to the wooden frames - ouch!

Went to the disney store sale yesterday and managed to get plush incredibles talking figures for £5.99 and disney scrabble for £14.99!!!!
