Have you Been in trouble at FW.

I have never been in trouble at the fort. I just can't believe the nerve of some people who would say such a thing. Now there was a time I had some words on the boat from MK because some men and teenage boys didn't offer a seat to some elderly people but that's like International water right? I mean it was before we touched the dock. I think Shannone has dug up some dirt on me. I better stop while I'm ahead. Maybe I'll stay off this thread until Gatordad get's home and can counsel me further.

Just sounds like you where a gentlemen and thought they should be also and you needed to help them understand that. Seems like you did the right thing.

DH is 6'5" and a rugby player... he used to ride the train into London to get to college with the "suits" as he called them at the time. He decided some "suits" needed reminding of their manners when they let a heavily pregnant woman stand on the train. Needless to say, she was immediately offered a seat :confused3

He's a bit softie in real life, but heh, they didn't know that! Like you say "International Waters..." :rolleyes1

Shoot, FWGuy, nothing a few sidearms won't quiet..... lol......

Don't be scared, embrace your rowdiness!!

I was gonna toilet paper DES1954's golf cart late one night in Dec...but when I was how nice it was, I didnt have the heart....and my kids got cold feet at the last minute. I told her about it the next morning and she said she would have known right away it was me!!! It would have been kinda funny, but no, I've never been in trouble. I DO smoke in non designated areas in the parks until a CM catches me and asks me to put it out.......dats right, Im BAD!!!!;)

I took my cart to the WL and security put on the yellow lights, but they couldn't catch me. I wont do that anymore but it was sure fun leaving security's carry-all in the dust:thumbsup2

OH.... is that all, I get in more trouble than that just by association with the neighbors at FW

You really should not camp next to the Carters. Those people have issues!:lmao: I am still blaming everything on Gramps, Skeeter and Addie.:dance3:

Thats cool. On our last trip we where on the cart and I was taking the cut through in the 300 loop to the beach when mouse patrol caught me it was a full size truck no out running him. He just told me we could not go back there on the cart. So we drove up to the marina and parked. The funny part is we then see the same truck flying down the beach close to people. Sure he can but we cant :confused3

Hmmm, there was that time someone took my clothes in the bathhouse and I made shorts out of toilet paper to get back to the camper but no one caught me so that doesn't count.
First time there, the daughter and grandkids was staying over night with us so we had two vehicles parked in the driveway. Had a note on her car the next morning.
This last time, the son in law built a fire in the grill with some tree limbs. Had a note on my camper about fires three days later. Sometimes they ain't real quick on the draw.
Does it count when the wife keeps telling me to zip my pants up or does the warning have to come from FW?
Then there was that time Rog had the peacock cornered behind his camper but I'll let him tell that story.

That was the best bbq'd peacock I ever came across

(dig deep....you'll find it)

Forgive me Father for I have sinned....well, not really :)

Last October we were given a nasty little note about torches not being allowed. See the little note under our torch. Well, those are not real torches. They are solar powered with a light bulb that flickers like a flame. I had to have them inspected after that. They thought they were real flames. The CM apologized so many times, I think she felt a little stupid but I told her that I understood because our neighbors at home called us one morning and told us we left our torches flaming all night (we have 12 around our pool and deck) and just wanted to remind us because they didn't want our house going up in flames. :rotfl:

Those are really cool, where'd ya get 'em? I'd rather those over christmas lights...are they effective..I mean do they give off enough light to kinda see?

I don't care who you are, that's funny.

Got them at Lowes. I think they were about $50 for a pack of 4. They don't give off enough light to see by, not even with 12 around a deck and pool. It's more like solar walkway lighting.

Also, the poles are extendable. We just used partial poles for the table. They're as long as regular tiki torches.

I've received a few "nasty-grams" from Mean Gene the loop attendant when I wrongfully parked a car or trailer on the imaginary grass around the campsite.

I was also asked not to confront other guests in regards to them picking up their dog's poop. (I am real confrontational about that) I was told, "If you report it to the front desk, we'll take care of it." Who the heck are they trying to kid??? I'll bet a guest could take a dog into the lobby of the check-in, let it poop in the middle of the floor, and not ONE CM would say a a thing.
