well, johnsonet...I would LOVE to have your autograph, too!
Man-O-man! I wish we could stay longer, but I'm bitting the bullet to do this trip.
(Being we'll be back at the GF RPC three weeks later for the marathon)
Also, that weekend before Christmas is one of my busiest weekends of the year.
But, DH and I have never taken MIL and we couldn't think of a better time to take her, than on her birthday and during the beautiful decorations and festivities!
MCMCP, OL, CP....we're gonna do all the shows and sights!
So excited! Haven't done the holiday thingie in three years!

I'd come over to the GF and try and get your autograph

I must be brave for her! She was vomiting yesterday morning and said she was just too excited about starting school. I think that really was her problem because she was perfectly fine afterwards. I think putting my youngest on the kindergarten bus will be even harder on me! DS's starts preschool next week and we're still working on the potty training. He say's "Diapers are just easy, undies are hard...". He really wants to go to school so I'm hopeful he'll be fine when he's actually there.

We talked incessantly about how we would tell her, how she would react, and had the cameras ready to capture that priceless look when she found out. When we told her she said, "OK. Don't forget to pack my earplugs so you can wash my hair." She's a very low-maintenance little girl!
He wouldn't let me take him to the bus stop. He did ask if I would come home from work early and be here when he got home though.
