Have you any experience with any of these shopping programs?

These are the frequent shopper programs listed in Points.com (where I have all of my airline miles) Anyone have any experience with them? I have been a loyal my points member for years.....but will change to get FF miles.

I Have done e-rewards for many years now. I like them points add at up pretty well and the do have FF miles for 3 airlines. AA, Delta, and NWA.
