We just used Amy over Labor Day. Not only was she reliable, but we got exactly what we wanted food-wise (and beverage-wise, since we had her go to the liquor store). Also, when we ran out of adult beverages during our trip, she was able to accomodate another shopping run and drop-off for us on very short notice. We were VERY happy with her services-- and this is coming from someone who has used and liked Garden Grocer. From now on, though, it will be WeGoShop.

I have used them 7 times and I highly recommend them.
I like that I can create my exact list rather than shop an unfamiliar "virtual aisle". I like that they do not mark up the price on each item. I like that they will deliver to my Villa. I like that their delivery window is only 30 minutes and they have always been right on time.
I find their customer service to be great.

We've used them 3-4 times, and this reminds me it's time to place another order. I really like that we can specify brands, sizes, even quality (no slimy spinach, for example). Our order has been perfect every time.

Amy brings the receipt so we can see exactly how much the bill is--nothing is marked up. There is a standard delivery fee and we always tip about $10.

I love them. I have had them call me to let me know that the croissants that I ordered were 2.00 each and did I still want them. I had ordered 16 that I planned to use for sandwiches, so that was a lot of money. They have called to tell me about BOGO if I change my size ect.. I agree that they shop like it is their money and they want a deal.

If you have used them, how do you arrange for delivery time? We are flying in late one night and getting an early start the next morning so I'm not sure what time to arrange for delivery. Do I need to be there when it is delivered? Will the hotel hold the groceries for you / deliver to room?

We were considering ordering from them when we stayed at AKL kidani and was told they could only deliver to the front door. We were also told that they only deliver close to our arrival time. That gave me pause. I didn't want to tip for bell services to hold our groceries and then tip again when they delivered to the room. Since we were arriving mid-morning, I wasn't counting on a room. As it turned out, my DD who had driven down the day before went to the store for me.

I could have written this review, except that we ordered plenty of 'beverages' up front so we did not run out We'll use her every time. She gets EXACTLY what I ask for, and makes intelligent substitutions if she can't find it or it doesn't exist.

Where you able to choose when you had the groceries delivered?

Were the groceries delivered to your room directly? No bell services involved?

Which resort were you staying? We were staying at kidani if that makes a difference.

On our first day, we tend to hang around the resort since we get a early morning flight. I would love to plan a delivery around early evening.
