Have not received my maps

I was notified on November 17 that my maps had been shipped. As of yesterday I still had not received them. I have sent emails to the address given in the notification e-mail that I had not received them and have not gotten any response. How long did it take others to receive their maps after notification? I have a neice that calls everyday to see if they arrived as she will be with us in WDW in two weeks. She is really disappointed

I would e-mail them back (or call if there is a number). I didn't get mine in the 3-4 weeks as promised so I e-mailed them and got a quick response. Good luck and I hope they come soon for you.

I ordered mine on November 11th and have not heard back. Guess we'll just do without them.

It's been four weeks for me as of today and did not receive any shipping email.
I've had a rash of bad luck getting anything Disney related lately. I requested my Chase Disney Rewards card and apparently my order was never processed as I found out when I called to inquire.
I ordered the Vacation Planning Video, apparently at the same time that my wife did (without the knowledge of each others doing), and she's received hers but I haven't received mine.
And again, no maps I sent an email to that email address to inquire about an order and haven't heard anything from there either.

I ordered mine Oct. 28th and haven't received them. I emailed them this week to inquire and got a reply by email saying that they'll be shipped this week , sorry about the delay, etc. We'll see....
