Haven't been to DW since 2013 so I have a question about Fastpass+. Does Fastpass+ replace the old paper ones. In other words, the only way to get a fastpass is to do it through the Magic bands?

To answer your question, the old paper ones are gone. There is a new system in place. Basically everything you could need to know is linked in mesaboy 's signature.
