Have Illuminations Cruise Question Related to Jeanne

Over on the Restaurant board there is a report that the Reservations office in Orlando will be closed tomorrow due to Jeanne. The center in Kansas City will be open for Christmas dining reservations, what about for those of us trying for that very hard to get Christmas Illuminations cruise? I wonder if that will also be handled in Kansas City, and if so, do we dial the WDW Dine number or the regular cruise number? Lots of questions I know, but I'm hoping someone has the answers.

Provided they are keeping at least one other Reservation Center open, you should still be able to dial like you normally would. Just be prepared for VERY long wait times on the phone. They will more than likely be swamped.

I would recommend trying to book the specialty cruise for IllumiNations as you make your dining reservations. It never hurts to ask. If they can't do it for you there, they should be able to redirect you to CMs who can!
