I just got off the phone with Disney on a hotel related matter which was relatively quick. After that I asked them to connect me to the MDE folk just to double-check on my situation with Magic Bands and tickets for my upcoming trip. Guy on the phone told me they have a massively high call volume for MDE related matters.

How bad you say? About a 80-90 minute wait. So I'm yeah never mind. My issue wasn't critical but I know alot of people are having problems. Just giving you the heads up on the situation with MDE hotline right now.
