Have disign...can change one thing?

I have these disigns, but can't remember whose they are.

I was wondering if someone could take the big UK out of the middle of the ears, so I can add our children's names instead.

I would love to be able to add the kids names in the middle and have the UK wildcat in the upper left ear....I don't know how to open it up in my Adobe Elements as anything other than a jpg and therefore cannot delete the layers that are already there....
