We just used them for our trip on April 3rd. I loved them, they have individual TV's on the back of each seats. You get several TV channels, a Triva game, and many digital music selections for free. There is also pay for view movies, $5.00 I think, and this cool digital map of your location.

They don't have free airline food, but you can buy meals that I think are much better than the tiny sandwhichs or peanuts you get on someother airlines.

Our return flight was a 2 hour delay - but that was more weather related then anything they did.

Overall I would recomend them.

We flew Song last year for our WDW trip last year out of Los Angeles. It was fine - a red-eye with no problems at all. It is associated with Delta and it used their terminals etc. Everyone has an individual video screen on the seatbacks with headphones. I remember the seats were brightly colored vinyl and weren't overly comfy for a 5 hour flight. But overall, it was a good experience :smooth:

Ive flown them 3 times now(well, 6 I guess for round trips) and think they are great. Never had any delays or any luggage problems and their employees are great. LOVE the tvs in the seats, especially the trivia game. For a paranoid flyer, that really helps to keep my mind off where I actually am. So much so I even flew alone with them...and I was pretty much relaxed the whole time. We are using them again in July.

Fantastic, excellent, phenomenal, so glad we tried them. We flew out of LaGuardia the beginning of March. Very friendly staff and great entertainment onboard. We even got to choose which safety procedure voice we wanted to hear. I would fly them again in a heartbeat.

Another vote for Song! I flew them when west coast flights were still fairly new (they didn't have the seatback screens yet) and I thought they were great! I would definitely fly with them again.

We flew song last year from Boston. Each time we have flown to Florida, they have had the cheapest rates for non-stop. We loved them. I booked the flights late (8PM) hoping the kids would sleep, but now they are able to watch cartoons for the entire trip! I also liked the trivia game, mainly to keep my mind off of being several miles in the air....

Highly recommended!
We've flown Song 6 times, out of both LGA and JFK. I love the bright colors, everything looks so clean and new. The attendants are funny, sort of in a SWish way. The headrest tvs are great. I just get a good feeling on this airline.

We fly Song all the time and have never had a problem. One suggestion - you may want to bring your own headphones as the ones they give for free are uncomfortable, at least to me. I LOVE the fact that we can watch tv while we fly! I am a nervous flyer and having HGTV on to distract me is great! :)

I fly Song for most of my MCO flights. My DS6 loves the TV. The only thing we dont like about Song is the earbuds they use for the TV. No problem though as we usually bring along CD player we use the headphones on the plane instead of the Earbuds provided. We love the preselected seating. We use curbside checkin, so no bags to carry through the terminal. If you book online and dont like your seats, just keep checking the online flight seating chart and you can sometimes get a break and change to better location.

The flight food is not that bad nor is it overly pricey. Of course I am used to Disney overpricing. LOL Flight attendents are your basic nice people.

All in all I fly Song when possible. My other favorite very similar is Jetblue. Jetblue uses headphones. Other than that they are the same setup.

Have a great flight.

I'm in agreement with all the other posters. We love flying Song! On our last trip we couldn't get the early morning non-stop flight we wanted, so we booked with Continental. WHAT a difference! We had problems with check in, problems with having our seats switched, and no little tvs to make the flight go much quicker. Flying Song was much better.
