I think I understand this.... But I won't post my take on it as I will confuse myself I have an August use year. I am arranging a transfer from another DVC member. This is the question, these points are banked points and they become available October 1st. so they have an October use year. Now....If transferred to me. do they not now have my use year applied. given these facts when would I have to use these points by?

"Banked Vacation Points cannot be borrowed or transferred."

So, you can't do this anyway.
