Have a question for Emerald Island Owners....

Hi, we are staying at Emerald Island starting tomorrow (Yeah ).

My hubby needs to have some papers sent to him,

If they mail it to the townhouse address will it be delivered (it is via FED EX)?

Is there an office in clubhouse or "front desk" I can call to get an address that it can be sent?

Emailed owner but he has not gotten back....

It is a short term rental community so there are no mail deliveries. With that said I also think you might be able to get fedex to deliver but not sure. I will ask on our forum and see what is so.

I believe FEDEX does deliver to Emerald Island Resort.

I would have it delivered to the townhouse address.

The clubhouse address is 2571 Emerald Island Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747

However I would get fed-ex to deliver to your townhome. (Fed-ex will deliver to EI, but not the Postal Service)

I had fedex deliver to our TH in Windsor Hills so you should be fine.

The answer I got on the forum is you can have something delivered but you will need to be there to sign for it. That was their recomendation.

I've had FedEx leave stuff by the front door of our Windsor Hills townhome. Last trip down I forgot my laptop power supply and had my office send one down to me, it arrived when we weren't home and they left it at the front door, no problem at all!
