Have a question about banked, borrowed and normal pts. in one reservation

We have a large point usage reservation in October than might need to be cancelled. With a use year of October, and assuming I cancel 31 days out, can I make new reservations beyond 60 days using any of those points? e.g. until Sept 30/2022?

Short answer is yes. The banked and borrowed points will expire on 10/1/22. You may bank the 2022 points if you do it on or before May 31, 2022.

The 60 days limitation will only apply if you cancel less than 31 days prior to check-in. Also, If you cancel less than 31 days prior, the 2022 points cannot be banked.
