Have a postcard for deluxes $109 but I want all stars with code! they won't let me?

Ok, maybe you can tell me if this is right or not? but i got a postcard in the mail months ago and its good till 2/13 it says deluxes starting at $109. I was thrilled to get it but we weren't going so it was going to waste.
Well now we are thinking of making a cheap trip and staying at the all stars. I thought i could get a discounted code rate with my pin # on the postcard. but when i called they said no! She said if i had gotten one with an value or moderate price on it i could have upgraded to the deluxes using the code but they won't let me downgrade! i'm sooooo bummed i thought this code would get me a moderate or value resort ( which is all i can afford right now).
anyone know where i can find a code for all stars? all the ones on mousesavers seem to be expired except ap's. thanks for at least letting me vent.

I got the moderate postcard awhile back and asked several times if I could use it for a deluxe and was told NO each time. Good luck with your search.

I guess i was so surprised by this because in the past the only other time i ever recieved a postcard it was with a code that could get me discounts at any of the resorts. i just assumed this was the same! it's always something huh!!

Well, i just had to add that how sad are we that we have nothing better to do on new years eve but this!! off the bed now at only 12:17!! its almost embarrassing

I THINK that the postcards are used to get the resorts booked that need it. My guess is the AS book up fairly fast and they have codes for these quite often already. Could be a discount code rooms are gone for your time frame.
Keep trying/looking for codes for your time frame.

The Spring Dream, I think it's called, actually has ASMo included. I just got $50 off my 7 night ressies that I made months ago. I'm going in March and was surprised that I got a discount at all since ASMo rarely offers them.

hi i just booked all star movies for one night feb 8th 2 rooms total including taxes 138.00 with disney club card. it was going to be 172.48 , and whoever i spoke with first tried to charge full rack rate and when i called back that is consudered value season at all stars and i got it for 138.00 total was very excited.
