LOL Thanks This trip (for work) isn't going to be that Magical since I"m going to Seattle.... But... in a few weeks --- LOOK OUT Disneyland!!!

So, while we have this thread If there's anyone who wants to meet while I'm there (I have all of Sunday 4/9 free and all of Saturday 4/15 free - the rest of the week is class) let me know

I'm *so* excited, this is my first trip to Disneyland and as an added bonus since it's a class for work, they're paying for everything but my park ticket

Any advice?

What are you talking about? It never rains here.

Except for that time between December and January when it rained for something like 30 days in a row, and maybe a couple of scattered weeks in February, and few days this month (but not more than 10), and that drizzle this morning, it's been pretty dry, in a moist sort of way.

And King.........thanks for sending us your horrendous weather. We had almost an entire week of rain and practically floated off the Calif coast.......along with freezing temperatures (50's in Calif are true freezing temperatures!) Its shocking we survived, I tell you!

LOL Yeah. So, I'll actually be in *your* neck of the woods as our datacenter is in Bothell Not sure what sort of free time I'll have since I have work to do over night on Wednesday and I fly back home on Saturday but maybe we could meet somewhere for a warm drink. (I hear you have some sorta coffee place up there ) PM me if you want.

Anyway. I actually had to look for socks and warm stuff to wear. What's up with this 'high temps of 50' thing? I must be out of my mind. It's going to be a wonderful 80 today with a 20% chance of a scattered shower but what am I doing? I'm boarding a plane for the frozen tundra.

I wonder if my hotel is really an ark.

Woot woot! I should arrive around 9:30 am on Sunday 4/9 into LAX, then have to pick up the rental car, figure out how to find DL from there and then check into my hotel.

On 4/15 I'm free any time I think I may sign up to do the "Walking in Walt's Footsteps" tour or whatever it's called.


Sunday 4/16 I have a *way* early flight I'm leaving at like 8:30 AM because the next direct flight isn't until 9 pm and that gets me home just way too late. Unfortunately flying West to East really does tie up the entire day.

(Thank goodness there's free wireless in the Tampa Airport -- I have about 90 minutes to kill til boarding.)

Frozen tundra? Florida really has spoiled you! Temps in the 50's sound pretty Spring-like to most of us.
