Is it just me or has the haunted mansion gotten scarier since the movie came out? I noticed that they added a bride being hung. Did they remodel?

I remember the bride always being there The only changes I remember were to the one in Anaheim when Jack and Sally redecorated the place in the Nightmare theme - but that was only temporary.

There is a bride with a beating heart standing in one area that you go by. She was part of the original ride.

I think the hanging is referring to the end of the preshow (in the room with no way out). Just before the preshow ends, the 'Ghost Host' says you can take 'my way' out. There is a flash of lightening and you can see a body hanging (the Ghost host, not a bride) from far up in the ceiling for a few seconds. That has always been there, but unless you look up in the few seconds it is showing, you will miss it. When they see it, a lot of people think it was added since their last trip since they never saw it before.
