A few years ago I may have gone Pirates before I went to Disneyland and rode that version. I still like the ride, but now know I'm getting the lesser version of it and that leaves a slight sour taste in my mouth.

This is a draw! Both vintage ....classic Walt.... Can't choose fairly between the two. In WDW or DLR, they're great!

If it’s at Disney World I’d say HM. At Disneyland I think it’s a draw. Pirates at Disneyland is sooooo much better than Disney World.

Both are great classic Disney Dark rides, but for me, hands down Haunted Mansion.

I chose Haunted Mansion because its truest to its original concept. I don't know if it's ever been "made over" or "upgraded."

I totally can't pick! These two, along with People Mover and Peter Pan, are my four must do's! But, Pirates wasn't there when I first went in 1972, and the other three were, so.......

Also 2 of my favorites, but HM is #1. Given a choice of 1 being closed my entire trip, I could live without riding Pirates. HM on the other hand....

Haunted Mansion - it's not even close. Both rides are better at DL of course (yes, including the NBC overlay and yes, I know thems fightin' words in some parts).

I love them both so much.... tough choice. Ended up picking PoC because of loving the movies so much. But honestly, it’s a draw.

Haunted Mansion. Really like Pirates too but for me it's probably about the 4th or 5th best ride at MK. Splash, Big Thunder, Haunted Mansion are ahead of it. SDMT is a better ride but way too short.
