Haunted Mansion Ring Gone

On my recent trip on Dec 16 - 20, my girlfriend and I tried to look for the ring at the Haunted Mansion exit and couldn't find it when I knew where it should have been. I just read on another forum that the ring WAS removed and paved over! Some say that they are preparing for a big refurb of the HM with this and other changes being part of the preperations. hmmm...

Yes, that's the info that I heard (that it was paved-over), as well.

I saw the "ring" many times in the past.

It looked like what it was... a cut-off "pipe-stand" left showing in the pavement.

I didn't know that - thanks for sharing the info. I've seen it many times but am sad to hear it's gone.
