Haunted Mansion FP+ Cancelled for 9/20 & 9/22!

Just got an e-mail that my FP+s for 9/20 and 9/22 were cancelled! We had them at 5:45-6:45 and 6-7, so we could ride right before the party began. They gave us Jungle Cruise instead, which I don't care about and is before 4pm, and I can't get into the park before then with my Halloween ticket. Calling Disney now....

Whew. That was relatively quick and painless. The CM said they were cancelled because it was too close to party time, and they would be setting stuff up. She managed to put in a special one 5:30-6:30 for both days. I'll be taking a screen capture of that just in case. Is that normal to not be able to get Haunted Mansion that close to the party? I know they have to set some things up. It did make me wonder if they might be doing something with Haunted Mansion during the party to replace the Villain's Soiree. I reeeeeeally hope not because this is one of my favorite attractions to do during the party.

UGH I got a BTMRR cancellation too, but I saw your post, moved up my other ones (I had 4-5, 5-6, and 6-7) and I got it back from 5:30-6:30.......WHEW! It is our arrival day, so I wouldn't be able to get there much earlier....

They canceled mine too for the 22nd. I had it from 6-7. I'm on the phone now.

That day is already complicated, 9 people, multiple FPs, but that was the one ride we were all doing. And all my FP were between 4-7.

Lucky duck! I tried that, but it wouldn't let me. Maybe because of the particular attractions I have or that special fp+? Good for you though!

Any chance of pulling things back 30 minutes? A 3:30-4:30 first fp+ would still give you 30 minutes to get to the first ride. That still stinks though. I wish they had it in place not to allow them past 6:30 to begin with.

Best phone call EVER!!!!!!!!! They ended up giving me 9 "Select One Experience" FP to be used on that day. We will use it on Haunted Mansion.
