Haunted Mansion closure for NBC overlay

Good Morning! Is the Haunted Mansion closure in August to apply the NBC overlay always on August 20 or does the date float?

I'm trying to plan a trip for August of 2018. HM is one of our favorites so it would be a bummer to have it closed. If the date floats, we have a chance of seeing it on the last date, if it doesn't.... :_(

The starting date of the closure floats depending on when they want to re-open the HM with the NBC overlay. It usually towards the end of August; it's been the last or second to last Monday in August for the last several years.
