Haunted Mansioin Decorations

How long does this makeover last? Will it only go through Halloween? or through the Christmas season, too?

Diznylnd - can you tell me how often Oogie Boogie appears in the HM overlay? My daughter is scared of him and I want us to be prepared. Thx!

We just rode this ride yesterday. I had seen it decorated before but they really outdid themselves.

Hi Brenda1966,
As far as I remember (not that I was counting them). There is a very small toy size version of Oogie Boogie in the gift/list room and maybe one on a big tarot card in Leotas room (this is just a pic of him). Other than that the obvious one is at the very end of the ride. He is life size.

You could probably distract her on the 2 smaller ones. But the big at the end she will see unless you just try telling her to trust you and shut her eyes. You will know when he is coming its the last turn of the ride after coming out of the cemetery.

I hope this helps you and your DD. :earsgirl:

I Thought Oogie Boogie was a one time thing, to celebrate the nightmare before christmas 10 year anniversary a few years back, i dont know if he will be back again. but i havent seen the ride this year yet so i cant say. , btw, is anything on the ride new this year?? new decorations or anything added?

Oogie Boogie is where the three hitch-hiking ghosts normally are. He has a big red roulette-type wheel with him.

Here are some pics that I actually have of him in the ride.

I hope this helps everyone! :sunny:

The end of ride Oogie is quite large and your "sleigh" faces right at him. If she is really afraid of him this one might scare her....
