hashbrown casserole?

Last year at Askerhaus we had hashbrown casserole and bacon. It was pretty much all my daughter ate. Now she wants to go back just to get the hashbrown casserole and bacon, not to see the princesses. I dont see paying over $100 for breakfast just for some casserole. Is there anywhere else you can get the hashbrown casserole? Thanks

No kidding! I don't have an answer for your question, and I don't know what the Akershus casserole is, but most bags of frozen hashbrowns have a recipe on back. I'm sure you could fake it a home. Hashbrown casserole is to die for (perhaps a little too literally.)

I'm pretty sure we had the same hashbrown casserole at every breakfast Buffett we went to- Aukershus, H&V, Tusker House... I want to say Chef Mickey too.

You could try calling the restaurant to see if they will email you the recipe. I asked for the potato casserole recipe that they have for breakfast at the Crystal Palace and they emailed it to me. Also you could try googling it to see if you can find it online. Disney also has recipe books that might have it listed. Good luck and have a great time.
