Has your Custom Crops order shipped yet?

I ordered some carts that were on sale last Friday and every day I check my account it says "Ready for Shipment". If you ordered last week, has it shipped yet? I'm getting anxious.
 
I ordered on 3/23 (just under the wire for the sale) and mine says "Ready for Shipment" as well. I ordered the baby bug and one additional cart. and pre-ordered the Home Accents cart. They said it would ship in 1-2 business days so I'm hoping it went out by now . . . I'll keep checking.
 
:eek: It's spring break. The grandkids are hogging my computer!! I ordered: Alphalicious, All Mixed Up, Base Camp and Cuttin Up. I had just got my bug and bundle last week so I am just starting my cart collection. I'm glad I was able to get these on sale. My oldest grandson wants me to get Paper Dolls. He is wanting to make characters like South Park and wants all the clothes pieces. I guess that is my next one. My choice for local stores is either Wal Mart or a Hobby Lobby 20 miles away. I do a lot of online ordering. Can't wait til the kids go back to school next week and I can really play around.
 

I received an email over night saying it had been shipped. I had received a previous email (after I had paid) saying that one of the carts was out of stock and would be sent separately. It was the Mickey and Friends so it wasn't one on special. But if I had known I would have ordered it elsewhere so I could get it quicker. But then I have ordered so many others that I have plenty to keep me occupied with. They must have received a lot of orders. I was really impressed with the price. I went into our local scrapbooking shop yesterday www.papersquared.com.au and they are $160 there.

I ordered: Bags, Boxes and More; Mini Monograms; Doodlecharms; Paper Pups, Makin' the Grade; and the Mickey and Friends.

I am still waiting for these to come from them that I had ordered previously. Jasmine, Opposites Attract and Printing Press.
 
Mine came in today. I had ordered Alphalicious and New Arrival. I can't wait to play!
 
Mine still says "Ready for Shipment" as well. I ordered them on 3/23. I got Alphalicious and Doodlecharms. I sent them an email inquiring about it but I'm guessing it's an order volume problem. Hopefully they'll come soon!!
 
Yup, still says "Ready for Shipment" darnit! I was really hoping it would ship in the 1-2 business days they said and I'd have it by next weekend. I got Alphalicious as my cartridge with the baby bug and I got Cuttin Up. I don't know when the Home Accents cart will ship as it was a pre-order (with free shipping).
 
Mine still says ready for shipment. I ordered on the 21st. Our other computer is down so I can't get to my email to see if I have gotten anything from them.
 
Made contact this afternoon. Said there was a backlog of orderes and hopefully will be cleared out by Monday night. Hope so!
 
Mine says it was shipped on the 21st - made it through Chicago, New York, Springfield - hoping it gets delivered today. :rolleyes1

It arrived today - already had it out and running.

 
Mine STILL says "Ready for Shipment" and I e-mailed them on Friday and this is the response I got:

"We wanted to send an email letting you know, when to expect your
order... Our shipping team is working very hard to get all of the orders
sent out as soon as possible. Due to the amount of orders placed during our
sale and the arrival of the new Cricut Solutions cartridges, we are now a
little behind with our estimated shipping time. As of right now, orders from
the 19th and earlier have shipped. The rest of the orders are shipping as
follows:
(If your order was placed on the dates on the left, they will ship on the
dates on the right.)

3/20- March 28th
3/21- April 1st-April 2nd
3/22- April 2nd-April 3rd
3/23- April 3rd
3/24- April 4th
3/25- April 7th
3/26- April 8th
3/27- April 8th
3/28+ April 9th or later"

I ordered on March 23 so that means my order will not even SHIP until April 3! :sad2: I'm sorry now that I ordered from them. I could have gotten it at Wal-Mart for about the same price and been enjoying it for days now :guilty: Oh well, guess I'll just have to be patient. I did reply to their e-mail to express my disappointment. If they had just put on their shipping page that shipping may be delayed due to the number of orders I wouldn't mind so much but promising to ship in 1-2 business days and receive items within 10 business days and then not even ship for so long - it's ridiculous and just bad business.
 
JandJ-thanks for the update!! I tried emailing them and haven't even gotten a response to that! I too ordered mine on 3/23 so I'm right there with ya! I was really hoping to get them soon so I could start using them!!
 
Thanks so much for posting this. I ordered on the 21st. I would not have been checking daily if I'd known it was going to be delayed that much. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again. I'm waiting on four cartridges. :eek:

This was my first order from them and most likely my last. I totally agree that if you are running a business and you are running a sale you adjust your shipping dates. I wanted to take them to a crop during the weekend but by last wednesday when they still say ready to be shipped I knew was pretty:mad: :mad: :mad: I ordered on the 21st, so here's hoping!!!!
 
I would have had it before my crop this coming Saturday if they shipped when they said they would oh well! I told DH that I wrote them back expressing my disappointment and he said "be careful they don't cancel your order" and I said "if they do they do, but they won't because they already have the $254 charged to my card!" One of my carts was a pre-order so God only knows when that one will ship. Don't most companies wait to charge the card until they actually ship the item?

Hi there, I'm new here. I'm from Australia and have place one order with custom crops. They sent the order in 3 packages!!! One was a back order which i wan not told about till after i had paid and the other two were posted on the 5th march.. One package arrived with 2 of the 7 cartridges i ordered but the other package is missing. I cannot get in contact with them.. I have written 6 emails and still no reply.. I am stressing out cause it took me ages to save the $700 aus to get my expression and then the extra to get the cartridges. Any one have any suggestions on what i should do?
 
Ladies, are you contacting them thru that "live chat" link?
If so I think that may be part of the problem in getting reponses?
